On Christmas Eve, three undercover elves are assigned a special mission involving an Angel Tree. What begins as a simple holiday assignment soon reveals two very different families — a struggling family facing financial hardship and a well-off family that has lost sight of gratitude, generosity, and the true spirit of Christmas.
As the elves secretly guide events from behind the scenes, both families embark on a journey of hope, empathy, and unexpected transformation. Filled with twelve original songs, humor, and heart, Undercover Elves and The Gifts Of The Angel Tree reminds audiences that the greatest gifts aren't found under a tree.
Jingle, Jangle & Jolly — plus Elf off the Shelf 1 & 2, who narrate the story for the audience.
Elizabeth and her children, Bo, Bridget, and Bella — well-off, yet out of touch with the true meaning of Christmas.
Marcus and May, and their children Matthew, Maddy & Max — a close family navigating a hard year with love and resilience.
All ages, all voice parts — shoppers, mall workers, and more, with speaking, solo, and dancing opportunities.
Undercover Elves and The Gifts Of The Angel Tree was designed to be more than a Christmas musical — it's built to become a community experience, extending the story's message beyond the stage.
Productions may choose to enhance the experience with a hired Santa, photo ops with Jingle, Jangle & Jolly, themed holiday activities, or a real Angel Tree in the lobby. Many productions partner with local foster care agencies, children's homes, family assistance programs, or community charities — turning the run into a real act of giving.

Meet the team behind Undercover Elves and The Gifts Of The Angel Tree.
Pamela is a singer, songwriter, and pianist with a unique background — a classically trained pianist with musical roots dipped in Southern Gospel. Raised in sunny South Florida, she's a mother of three boys and makes a mean banana bread. She loves all things outdoors, anything with family and friends, and spreading a little love in the world. She performs locally in her show Sunny Side Up and is half of the collaboration Dream Team Shows, with her partner in crime, Sarah Farra.
Sarah Farra — yes, it rhymes! As a singer and actress for stage and film, she has a heart for theater and music. She and Pamela met as strangers at a studio and, within months, were co-writers tackling the world. She enjoys coaching musical theater and pageants. Her most important priorities, though, are being a wife to her husband Daniel, a mother to her three children, and a companion to her furry Pomeranian Aria, her hermit crab Hermie, and of course the yellow bellies Timmy and Spiketail.
