Pamela Dio

Pamela is a Florida girl at heart, with sunshine baked into her soul. She's been writing music and singing since she could speak, raised in a family that sang constantly, with roots in classical, Christian, and popular music. By her teens she was composing for graduations, weddings, church events, and women’s retreats — writing for real moments in real people’s lives. That gave her a window into human experience: grief and joy, nerves and hope, disappointment and celebration. It’s part of why she writes from the heart — because she’s spent a lifetime writing for hearts.

Beyond the music, here’s who she is at home: a believer, wife, mother of 3, Noni, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Her banana bread has a bit of a reputation, the mountains are her happy place, and she’s been known to be naively positive — in the best sort of way. She loves to leave notes, messages, and little drawings for her kids and family — bright, bold and full of love.

Pamela believes music is one of the few languages that can reach a heart before the mind has time to argue with it — that a melody can carry hope faster than words alone. It’s why she writes for the stage: not just to entertain, but to light a spark that sends a little love out into the world. With Undercover Elves, she set out to create powerful, soul-moving music that captures audiences. This story mattered to her because it’s based on a real person who gave of herself to impact others, and through her actions showed her children how to make a real difference in the world. She hopes this show moves one person, family, or community a little closer together — because if it does, the work has done what it was meant to do.

Sarah Farra

Sarah Farra — yes, it rhymes! As a singer and actress for stage and film, she has a heart for theater and music. She and Pamela met as strangers at a studio and, within months, were co-writers tackling the world. She enjoys coaching musical theater and pageants. Her most important priorities, though, are being a wife to her husband Daniel, a mother to her three children, and a companion to her furry Pomeranian Aria, her hermit crab Hermie, and of course the yellow bellies Timmy and Spiketail.
